Disclaimers: With Deep Tissue Acupressure, you should anticipate soreness for a day or two.  Have some ice handy &  a heating pad ready.  Apply for no more than 30mins. at a time. 

Sciatic Nerve issues always inflame a little more for the first two days after a treatment, and then gets MUCH better.

Rotator cuff issues, plantar fasciitis, migraines, etc. will probably need more than one treatment.
